tonight's question — what was enough today
A strange question, and it sits quietly at first — what was enough today?
Children answer it better than adults. The rain stopped right when we reached the bus. There was one samosa left and it was mine. Adults, asked the same question, reach instinctively for what was missing; children report what sufficed. At this particular table, on this particular question, you are the student.
Take your turn anyway, honestly. Naming one sufficient thing from an ordinary Saturday is harder than it sounds, and worth the difficulty.
No summary afterwards. The answers are the whole of it.
